• Book Directly on our website www.hotelnovit.com or in our telephone reservation center +52 (55) 5448 0490.

• After check-out, the guest will receive in the email registered in the reservation an electronic certificate, valid for the second complimentary night, which will be valid for 15 (fifteen days) from the check-out date of the stay .

• To make the certificate effective, a new reservation must be made, through the link sent with the certificate on our website or by mentioning said code when reserving by phone.

• The certificate only applies to direct reservations, they are not valid for reservations made through travel agencies, online agencies or any other third party outside the hotel.

• The certificate applies with specific rate plans and are subject to date availability.

• The certificate can be used by the owner of the original reservation or can be shared with a family member or friend.

• Only one certificate applies per reservation and you must book at least two consecutive nights to be valid.

• Once the validity of the certificate ends or has been redeemed, it will no longer be valid.

• The certificate does not apply with other promotional rates.
